there are 2 things going on here that you need to know about:
1) my daughter is seriously like 5 months going on 50 years old. i can't quite explain it. if you've met her you will know what i mean. people have said that she is like a few months old with the soul of a retiree. she is the only 5 month old i know that will just sit there in a chair with you and just sit there, content as can be. yet her demeanor and squeals demand grown-up interaction. its kinda frightening. she had been sitting there for 30 minutes already when my wife shot this. she makes me contemplate reincarnation.
2) the book i'm reading is absolutely fantastic. maybe 'bloody hysterical' is a better phrase. whichever, if you're into memiors you must get your hands on this one. it's written by the writer and comedian Iris Bahr. she has this incredible way of weaving her inner thoughts and insecurities into situations. her sarcasm and made-up words are penetrating. and yes you read that correctly, its called "Dork Whore." oh, and just so you're forewarned, its rated R.

I would say she reminds me of a young dr.ruth wait...dr.ruth isn't dead yet...okay that's going to hurt my understanding of reincarnation.
Berkeley IS really really great. Except sometimes she gets all like, "I'm only almost 6 months old in this world and I want my mommy." Puh-shaw, what's that. Berkeley, I love you! Get off the boob already! Or at least be open to some bottle from your Biz.
